Is Canidae dog food good for my 12 wk old puppy?

I am currently feeding her Iams (that's what she was eating previously) and I'm looking into changing to a better food. I read tons of good reviews, but also tons of negative reviews because of the formula change. Some reviewers said their dogs died on Canidae! Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. Oh, I live on Guam so Canidae is the only "premium" brand on island.
One more thing, should I choose the grain-free ALS?

Wellness brand Is made with Human grae ingredients and is good if you cat likes Patte. Mine doesn't so Fancy feast is one of the better ones as well. I think if it looks like what it is suposed to be (ie: shrimp = chunks of shrimp) than it can't have4 to many by products.
