ANYONE USE SOLID GOLD puppy FOOD?

i have a ABPT she's 3 mnths. she has wierd little nicks in her coat... wondering if its the food or skin problem? from what i heard this puppy food is suppose to be the best! the vet saw her and just said watch it. so no bad new quite yet.

I feed it to my pup and on her last visit, the vet commented on how great her coat looked. It is on pricey side, but you don't need to feed as much because it's no loaded with fillers.Also the dog will have much smaller stools.
If and when you do change your dogs' food, make sure you do it gradually because dogs have sensitive tummies.

Hum – I have to ask why? Yes I add a very little tinned meat into my puppy's food, but combining two brands …… ? I guess it can't 'hurt' if she's doing okay on this, but I think it would be far wiser to settle for one or the other (and I don't know these brands).

Solid Gold is a good food. Definitely go with that one if you can't find a supplier of Canidae or Innova. I, personally, think Science Diet is junk. Royal Canin isn't all that much better either.
